"Elizabeth was absolutely awesome! She was so truthful about a property she showed us that turned out to have black mold and advised us that would be a huge fix. I felt she genuinely cared about my family’s needs. There was this property that was put on the market less than 2 minutes. I seen the post and showed my husband immediately he then called her and told her we would love to see it and less than 5 and a half hours we were the first ones to see the home. I’m sure she would have shown us sooner but we had to wait those hours due to my husband getting off of work. She gave me ideas on how and what furniture would work for the home because we loved it instantly for our family. This was hour first time buying a home and told us what offers were reasonable to make the seller want to take our offer into consideration. She called us and told us there were 17 other offers so we changed our offer and played the waiting game. Well the sellers chose our offer and we owe a thousand thank you’s to Elizabeth.
